What it is

An agentic workspace for managing change orders.

Change Command Center is a concept for an agentic AI workspace that helps teams manage engineering and product change orders through their full review and approval lifecycle — intake, impact review, board approval, and release. A set of specialized agents handle the first-pass work: gathering evidence, checking for gaps, and preparing what a person needs to make a decision.

The problem

Managing change orders is largely manual work.

People work through a flat queue one item at a time, chase down missing evidence and reviewers, assemble approval-meeting materials by hand, and track release readiness across disconnected systems. Time-sensitive changes — the ones with a supplier deadline or a launch date behind them — move at the speed of whoever has time to chase them down.

The goal

Help people make faster, better-informed decisions.

As a change analyst, I need to quickly identify, prioritize, and validate high-risk change orders by business impact with guided next actions, so I can move changes to board readiness faster with minimal manual effort and fewer send-backs.

The solution

A prioritized queue, backed by agent-prepared decisions.

Instead of a flat queue, Change Command Center surfaces a prioritized list of actions, each backed by a decision package an agent has already prepared — what changed, why it matters, what's been verified, and what's still missing. A person still makes every governed decision — approve, send back, or promote to review — the agents just do the legwork of getting that decision ready.
